M/T Stolt Basuto visited Odessos Shiprepair Yard for her drydock repair and maintenance works. Our Yard carried out repair program to Stolt Tankers B.V.’s vessel for the fifth time in recent years.
High level of professionalism and excellent collaboration. Odessos Shipyard earns my highest recommendation because of the good quality of the repair works they did for a very short time.

Standard dry dock works:
- Washing area – 15 308 m2
- Blasting area – 6 662 m2
- Painting area – 32 612 m2
Main engine overhaul:
- ME deflection measuring
- ME main bearings
- ME big end bearing
- ME cross head bearing
- ME thrust bearing
- Shaft intermediate bearing
- ME air cooler chemical cleaning, test. End cover modeling casting, machining and renewal
- ME turbocharger standard overhauling including rotor balancing; turbocharger rotor blades reconditioning, renewal of clamps
Propeller, shafting, steering:
- Take and record stern tube clearances
- Propeller blades PT
- Taishaft disconnect/connect and withdraw inboard
- Shafts seals overhauling and renewal
Bow-thruster unit:
- Oil/seals replacement – 4 pc propeller blades, repair, balance in workshop
New tanks fabrication and installation
